Description

Soutdoor / BC is a dual outdoor PIR sensor with low power consumption. It can be used with all types of radio transmitters, thanks to its very low consumption, 9uA guarantees a long battery life of connected devices.

It has a very low operating threshold therefore the operation is guaranteed even with power supply voltages of 2.55 Vdc.

It is a completely digital sensor, with an analysis system devoid of the classic disturbances that occur with the use of traditional analog PIRs. Thanks to the use of totally digital PIR, the sensor is protected from blinding white light, and has a decidedly superior effectiveness in the discrimination of movements in its range of action.

Even in the presence of considerable thermal variations, the totally digital compensation system always guarantees excellent efficiency. It has a range of 15 meters, with an opening angle of 90 °.
