Description

The RDMO1024 microwave sensor for vehicle detection is a device for the detection of vehicles or people, it can also be used to control industrial doors, automatic doors, gates, traffic lights etc. The detector can be installed at a height between 3 and 6 meters and guarantees coverage areas between 3 and 30 square meters.

It intervenes in the presence of movements of people or vehicles within a controlled area, in fact when it detects a movement it switches its relay and provides an output signal. A microprocessor processes the received signals, generated by the Doppler effect, and sends a command consent to the output.

The detector is developed in planar technology and can be configured in unidirectional mode to independently detect the two directions of direction (entry or exit) or bidirectional to detect both directions (entry and exit). Try it combined with our DC2SEM2L control unit to manage a traffic light system.
